Tall Tales from the
Quite Man himself

What is this, Exactly?
What you’re about to read — in installments, released over time, for your reading pleasure at the bar, on the website, or in the bathroom if that’s where life has taken you — is The Highly Questionable Historical Record of Pancho O’Malley.
It is a work of Alternative History. Which is a polite way of saying that some of it happened, some of it probably happened, some of it definitely didn’t happen but should have, and the rest of it is the absolute truth as understood by the Lenihan Family Archive, which has its own relationship with strict factual accuracy and is unapologetic about it.
It is told in seven volumes. Each volume is a chapter of the legend. Each chapter stands on its own — you can read them in order or out of it, at the bar or at home, after one pint or several, and the story will find you either way.
The volumes will be released one at a time. This is deliberate. Good stories deserve to be savoured, not swallowed whole. Pancho O’Malley himself understood this — he never told the whole story at once if he could help it. He always left you wanting the next part. We intend to honor that tradition.
